Are you available to work in my area?
We are pleased to work with clients all over the United States. We are based in the Washington, DC Metro Area. Most of our partners are local to that area, but our network is always growing. Please reach out to find out how we can respond to your business needs.
Will an ATM add value to our property?
Yes. An ATM provides convenience for customers who prefer cash transactions and brings in additional revenue for the property owner. Many customers note that our services provide an outsized value for a relatively small physical footprint on site.
How do you decide how much to charge customers?
We offer custom packages, working directly with each of our partners to manage customer surcharge pricing and maximize owner return.
Do you offer custom merchandise?
Yes, we offer and can work with you to design custom t-shirts, hats, ornaments, etc.
How soon can we have an ATM installed?
We can typically have a new machine installed and ready for service within five business days. Rush orders can be accommodated.
What will you require of me as a new client?
Our machines require electricity and a dedicated ethernet connection. We follow industry best practices and take client security very seriously. Wi-fi connections are not viable for ATM installation, but we are happy to discuss other options as needed.
Do you offer a commission for referrals?
Yes, Sonali Corporation will pay you $100 for any referral that leads to an ATM sale or reprogram. If you’re happy with our service and feel we could provide a benefit to your business network, please contact us to discuss the opportunity.
How much space does a store require?
We require 200-300 sq. ft.
How much will it cost to add an ATM to our property?
We offer a variety of services and can tailor our packages to meet your exact needs, including installing a machine at no cost to you.
What if I have a problem with my ATM?
Sonali Corporation provides full-service customer support, over the phone or through in-person service calls.
Do you offer an online platform for your customers?
Yes, our customers can shop our Ebay or Etsy stores for merchandise and have it shipped directly to their home.
